The Room by Room tool, the drawings and the other illustrations on this site show typical examples of building infrastructure and the duties commonly linked to it. They are not a survey or assessment of any specific building, and they do not list every duty that may apply.

Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement or quotation, and those terms apply to the work instead of these website terms. Sending us an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract for services.
