What exactly does ICM cover?

Infrastructure compliance: fire, legionella, water systems, fixed electrical, asbestos, air conditioning, heating and HVAC (including boilers), lifts, energy performance, emergency lighting, sprinklers and fire-fighting systems, portable appliance testing, pressure systems, roof access and work at height, extraction and ventilation, and automatic doors. Non-infrastructure equipment such as play equipment or medical kit is out of scope.
