Do you carry out the works, or just the assessments?

Both. ICM assesses the duty, delivers the planned and reactive works that keep it satisfied, and has a dedicated projects team for infrastructure works, for clients with or without an FM contract. The assessment and the record prove the duty is met; the works keep it met.
